今天在西山之家（http://xihome.com/）的QQ群里和朋友们探讨了一些关于BaaN的问题，感觉自己虽然已不再接触BaaN了但对它的记忆仍然还在，而且是那么的清晰。我也没打算清除这些记忆，反而还想在这方面扩展一下自己的知识，BaaN是款不错的系统，不过吸引我的倒不是它本身，而是围绕在它周围的各种支持软件呵呵，这让我觉得它很饱满，也让我很好奇在它身上发生的事情。
群里有个朋友问到了在BaaN中如何设置倒冲的问题，趁着自己还有些记忆我就整理了一篇文档，希望可以帮到她。文档是英文写的，大概习惯了FLEX的那套工作模式了，一时改不过来，大家就将就看看吧，不要见怪就好了，呵呵。

BaaN Function Illustration
For item A, if ‘Backflush Materials’ checked, means when you do the work order (the order produce A) report, the system will consume the materials (B,C,D,E) in stock automatically.
For item C, if ‘Backflush if Material’ not checked, when A do the report, the system can not consume the item C by backflush function, even the item A has been set for backflushing.
So, only this two functions are all checked, the system can do the backflushing from the top item to the end item.
Backflush Hours is used when your company need to do operation report. For the other hand, it needs you use the function of Routine in BaaN system.
2. Set the parameter in Material issue for Production Order

Actually, when we set the backflushed in Item Mater Data session, you have no need to set again in this session, but please noted that if you change the ‘isseue method’ here, the ‘subsequent delivery’ will not be ashen, and at the same time you have to issue the material by yourself not by system automatically.
This document will illustrate how to use Backfulsh in BaaN System. Please noted that the BaaN version is V here, you can refer to this material if the BaaN system you used is a higher/lower version.
